Flux is a financial technology startup looking to disrupt the traditional receipt sector by delivering digital receipts straight into a user's banking app. The challenge was to build a brand capable of speaking to a highly complex business model, marketing simultaneously to major banks, independent retailers, and everyday consumers.
Serving as the lead creative, I navigated this challenge by carefully balancing the different tones of voice required for each sector. By establishing clear, concise messaging and rolling it out across UI, print, social, and custom video animation, I ensured the brand felt both trustworthy to institutions and accessible to the public.
